The Trakopolis Push Notification Service supports 2 notification item types:
- Alerts
- Outgoing messages
Alerts notifications are delivered to all subscribers within division where alert has been triggered and to all subscribers of parent divisions if they have subscribed to child divisions notifications. Every alert notification contains number of "unread" alerts and an alert text.
Outgoing messages notifications are delivered only to subscriber with target terminal. Terminal is specified during subscriber registration by passing serial number. Every outgoing message contains number of "unread" outgoing messages and a message text.
